- Ingredients:
1 can of filling (800g): Water, bone-in chicken thigh pieces 25%, carrots, peas, mussels and/or Pacific mussels 6.3% (molluscs), bell peppers, chorizo 2.6% [pork (origin: EU), pork fat, chili pepper, salt, dextrose, garlic, oregano, rosemary extract, ferments], onions, white wine, tomato puree, extra virgin olive oil, rapeseed oil, salt, garlic powder, natural flavoring, onion powder, medium chili pepper.
1 cup of rice (140g): Premium parboiled long grain rice.
1 sachet of spices (0.8g): Turmeric, medium chili pepper, garlic, bell pepper.
May contain traces of gluten, crustacean, milk, fish and soy.

Preparation: In a large pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over low heat. Add the rice followed by the spices, stirring them together and allowing them to brown for a few moments. Pour 200 ml of hot water over the rice, stir, and bring to a boil. Incorporate the filling mix, ensuring it's evenly distributed over the rice. Simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes until the liquid has been absorbed. Serve in a paella pan.
