Refund & Replacement
If you find your product(s) in situations listed below, you can request refund or replacement of specific product(s) within 2 working days after delivery:
(i) damaged (with no fault on your part);
(ii) quality issue;
(iii) short-shipment or wrong delivery.
You are required to provide proof for approval of any request (stated in clause 1) as below:
(i) provide valid proof of purchase from our site: www.french-mall.com ; and
(ii) send videos/photos of the concerned item(s) to us via email / instant messaging software.
(iii) all product(s) in problem for replacement must be in its original state and not used.
We will arrange refund or replacement of equivalent product within 7 working days upon approval of any request. If the specific item is out of stock, we will arrange refund to your bank account.
Process Refund:
Refund will be made through crediting the same to your account of payment.
If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided or refusal of delivery when shipped according to our terms and conditions, we cannot guarantee the condition of the returned goods, you will not be refunded.
Except for the situations as specified in clause 1 above, no return or exchange of merchandise will be accepted.
No refund, return or exchange will be accepted for all discounted and promotional products.
Each purchased item can only be returned / exchanged once.
NO returns will be accepted for all orders delivered to an address outside Hong Kong.
