Lima's Tamari Strong is an organic soy sauce crafted in Japan. It is made from pure fermented soybeans, a process that takes 6 to 8 months to achieve an authentic flavor. This flavorsome tamari sauces are produced artisanally with deep respect for Japanese traditions & quality. Tamari is gluten-free and has a richer, more intense flavor and umami taste compared to Shoyu. For over 60 years Tamari Strong has been part of the Lima assortment, ensuring a time-tested flavor experience and quality.
