Mousline instant mashed potatoes are: carefully selected potatoes, steamed, simply passed through a giant potato masher before being dried until they become flakes, then cooked with our other delicious ingredients.

Stovetop:
1) In a saucepan, let 350ml of water and 400ml of milk boil slightly. You can add a pinch of salt.
2) Remove the saucepan from the heat and wait 2 minutes. Pour the contents of the sachet in the saucepan while stirring.
3) Let sit for a few moments in the saucepan. Add a knob of butter, mix, it's ready.

Microwave (850-900 WATTS):
1) In a microwave-safe container, mix 350ml of water and 400ml of milk. You can add a pinch of salt.
2) Pour the contents of the sachet, mix well.
3) Heat for 5 minutes.
4) Add a knob of butter, mix, it's ready.
