Use Directions: Shake the bottle well before use. Please use the measuring cap provided.
Take 10 ml (= 1/2 measuring capful) of plantain juice 2-3 times daily before the meals, pure or diluted in water or juice. The indicated recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
