Voelkel - Organic & Demeter Lacto-Fermented Carrot Juice

Selected Demeter carrots from open-pollinated seed varieties provide the basis for this naturally delicious, lacto-fermented carrot juice. After pressing, we add special bacterial cultures to the carrot juice. This triggers fermentation, which produces lactic acid. Pasteurisation ends this fermentation process, but the desired lactic acid is retained. It is also ideal for traditional juice fasting.
