A light, versatile blend of 80% deodorized high-oleic sunflower oil and 20% extra virgin olive oil. High-heat ready with a subtle Mediterranean flavor, this vegan oil is rich in vitamin E and suitable for frying, baking and deep-frying.
- High-oleic sunflower oil comes from a specific strain of sunflower seeds which are high in oleic acid (a monounsaturated fatty acid), it is therefore more stable when used for cooking and good for cardiac health.
- Instructions for Use: Perfect for high-heat pan-frying and deep-frying, as well as low-heat cooking, baking, dressings, and marinades.
- Highly heat-resistant. Do not heat above 210 °C / 410 °F. Deep-frying: Change oil after maximum 10 uses.
- Rich in Vitamin E: Contributes to the protection of fat in body tissues from oxidation.
- Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
- Ingredients: Organic high-oleic sunflower oil (refined) (80 %), organic extra virgin olive oil (20 %).
