Directions for use:
Step 1
Place the food with a tablespoon of liquid in the Albal 2-in-1 Cooking Bag. Close the bag with the blue tie enclosed. Place the Cooking Bag on the cold oven tray or in the microwave. Allow enough room for bag to expand during cooking without touching walls of the oven.
Step 2
During the cooking process, the bag will swell and excess hot air will be evacuated through the closing tie that regulates the steam. This Cooking Bag has a cool edge that doesn't absorb heat, you can therefore grab or move the bag easily during or after cooking without burning your fingers.
Step 3
When cooking is complete, carefully cut open top of the bag and pour the food into a dish. Beware to avoid escaping steam. Our gourmet tip: keep the cooking juice and prepare a delicious sauce.
