My Omelet Substitute
My Omelet Substitute is the 100% plant-based alternative to omelets from Biovegan. Developed with chickpea flour, this product offers valuable protein while being organic, vegan, and gluten-free. It’s quick and simple to prepare—just mix with water, fry in a pan, and fill with your favorite vegetables.
Additionally, My Omelet Substitute can be used in a variety of dishes, including Farmer's Omelet, Spanish tortilla, or vegan spaghetti carbonara.

- Ingredients: Chickpea flour* (84%), psyllium husks*, salt, flaxseed protein*, carrot fiber*, potato flakes*, spices* (caraway*, turmeric*, nutmeg*, paprika*, white pepper*, onion*).

Preparation:
1. Heat a non-stick frying pan with approximately 1 teaspoon of oil over medium-high heat and fry your selected vegetables for the filling. Once cooked, set the vegetables aside.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk the contents of the sachet into 130 ml of cold water.
3. Add a bit more oil to the pan, pour in the mixture, and stir to blend. Cook the omelet for 3 minutes, then flip it and cook for an additional minute on the other side.
4. Place the vegetable filling on one half of the omelet and fold it over. Enjoy!
