Made from sunflower seeds and rapeseed seeds, Fruit d’Or Cooking Oil is a natural source of Omega 3 and Vitamin E. Omega 3 fatty acid ALA is an essential fatty acid because it cannot be made by the body, and is needed for normal human growth and development. In addition, it contributes to cardiovascular health.
