Primeal - French Organic Pearl Barley

- Once the barley has been removed from its first husk, it is polished. The pearl barley grain is cooked like rice. Soft on the inside, and slightly crunchy on the outside.
- Ingredient: Organic Polished Barley (cereals containing gluten).
- May contain traces of soy and nuts.
- Suggested cooking method: Rinse and cook 1 cup of barley in 2 cups of water for 30 to 35 minutes, then add salt.
- It is great in soup and gratin, with vegetables and in refreshing salads.
