Ingredient: Water, juice made from fresh organic thyme (Thymus vulgaris, Thymus zygis) herb (33%).
Use Directions: Shake the bottle well before use. Please use the measuring cap provided.
* Adults: Take 10ml (= 1/2 measuring capful) of thyme extract three times daily, pure or diluted in some hot water.
* Children from 4 - 12 years: Take 2.5ml to 5ml three times daily (can be sweetened with honey).
The indicated recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
