Van Houten
In 1828, C. J. Van Houten invented the special method of roasting cocoa which is still the secret of Maison Van Houten. Thanks to this method, this powder keeps intact the aroma of cocoa ripened under the tropical sun. It is suitable for baking, decorating and making delicious cocoa drinks.
